In these terms and conditions "We" means the City Honors Rugby Football Club, "Website" means the website located at www.chsrugby.org and "You/your" means you as a user of the Website.

First off, this is a webserver. So any access attempt is logged by our server
and includes information such as your ip address, the time, where you went and
so on and so forth. We also collect personal information to better customize
the expierence both on our website and provide you with features that are unique
to your situation. The information collected also allows us to make future judgements
about expasion and adjustments to the site. It also helps out with our affiliate
program, some programs require 1000 unique visits per month. Such information
can be proven using site statistics. Any statistical infomratoin thta is shared
however, is limited, your ip address and where you specifically went on our
site remains confidential.
